The first milling from Hayden Flour Mills is planned for the Fall of 2010. Handcrafted flour from Hayden Flour Mills will be available to artisan bread bakers that want to produce a local loaf with fresh whole grain and chefs that are committed to using great tasting locally grown food. Our products will also be available at farmer’s markets for those who enjoy the pleasure of fresh food that is also good for the planet.
