Yellow Cornmeal is a seasonal product offered during the Fall and Winter months.
At the base of the legendary Sleeping Ute Mountain, lies the home of the Ute Nation, who grow one of the few remaining sources of non-GMO Yellow Corn in the US. Our whole grain Yellow Cornmeal is bright golden with striking flecks of germ for an added dose of buttery flavor.
