Grown only minutes from the mill, our single-origin heritage oats travel from the farm straight to the mill where our team meticulously rolls the raw oats into soft, silky flakes. Each bag is hand-packed, sealed, and shipped direct from the mill to your door so you can experience the exquisite flavor of freshly rolled oats. Never steamed, always fresh. 1. Fill your pot with 1 cup oats and 3 inches of water.
2. Swirl oats to allow wispy hulls to rise to the surface.
3. Pour the hulls out with the cloudy water.
4. Add 2 cups water to oats.
5. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
6. Enjoy!
This product has been packed in oxygen-free atmospheric packaging to extend the shelf life for up to one year after milling (but we doubt you’ll wait that long to make something delicious!)
“Best by” dates are printed on each product. To extend the life of your product and keep it at peak freshness, we recommend storing it in your fridge or freezer to preserve its natural oils.
