1Acre Farms is a dream realized for a local Arizona chef and his wife. After years of cultivating a small but diverse organic orchard in their (you guessed it) one-acre backyard, they began to reap a plentiful harvest of fruit. Small-batch jams became a way to preserve their bounty, and 1Acre Farms was born. Each piece of fruit is carefully hand-picked, then slow-cooked for hours in a copper pot to let the flavors meld together and release the natural pectin.
For all you jam-lovers out there, these layered fruity preserves will earn a permanent place on your shelf, and in your heart. Always seasonal, these jams are decadent, so a little goes a long way.
