Vitrea is a modern hard red spring wheat variety that has been cultivated for its excellent breadmaking properties.
Its smooth malty, nutty flavor and high protein makes it ideal grain for home milling to add texture and whole grain nutrition to your bread creations.
Not into home milling? No problem! You can also cook this grain until soft for grain bowls, soups, and side dishes.
