Perfect Bread

I have been making a Dutch oven bread for a number of years. Today I made it with your Artisan bread flour mixed with a small amount of your all purpose flour . It was the best loaf that I’ve made. It looked and tasted great… in fact , it was perfect.

I’m a sourdough bread baker, I bake with an emphasis on sharing the flavor of freshly milled grains. Using Hayden Flour Mills Artisan Bread Flour as a base for all my sourdough loaves proves to be the key to achieving much sought after consistent dough preference resulting in superior flavor in every loaf. This flour coupled with superior customer service is a winning combination!

The search has ended

My wife used to make homemade bread but gave it up, as she can't usually eat the bread herself. My wife suffers from Crohn's and has been off gluten for years now. We have had several occasions to travel to Europe where my wife would eat bread with very little issue. We have tried to find a minimally processed, local flour that would not lead to a flare up. We found it. This is it. Can't promise this will work for everybody but it is worth a try. Thank you!
