My wife did a bunch of research and we ended up with Hayden as one of our suppliers- the site had a lot of information which for a first time baker was beneficial….. i am looking to mill my own berries but wanted to start with something healthy/nonGMO/no Glyphosate ….. i have been mixing the Hayden flour with my milled berries and the result seems really great!!! Made a couple loaves with just the Hayden to start and they were tasty and substantial….. the shipping is a bit steep, but they do come in Mylar which, if you are concerned with shelf life - is actually preferable for me….. the whole reason i want to mill is to avoid products that are “shelf stable”…… cheers !!

I love this product and company. The quality makes my starter thrive. I'm still trying to master airy bread but hey I am new at this sourdough journey. I have a great company to help me achieve delicious bread and no chemicals either. Can't wait to try other flour from this company
