We have partnered with Proof Bread to bring their proprietary flour blend to you. We combine stone milled, lightly sifted White Sonora, Blue Beard Durum, Hard Red Spring, and malted White Sonora whole grain flours with a high-protein bread flour to deliver complex flavor and a perfectly caramelized crust to your bread creations.

Fabulous bread flour!

I loved Proof Flour: it made my sourdough that much better! It created a beautiful texture and color.

Poofy & Tasty!

I've tested a variety of flours and this is an extremely tasty blend. Very sweet and lovely texture for sourdough breads & baguettes. Tasty crusts even the kids will eat!

Low protein = flat loaves

Not impressed. I’ve made 3 loaves and all have failed to hold shape while baking. Spring is minimal. I’ve been baking for 4 years and get much better performance from national brands that are much cheaper.

The best
