Our Farmers Porridge is an homage to the hard-working men and women who plant, cultivate, and harvest our heritage grains. This hearty morning porridge is how farmers start their day. Farmers Porridge offers hints of cinnamon and walnuts, with cracked Emmer Farro (first farmed over 10,000 years ago) with bran from White Sonora (the oldest wheat variety in North America).

After taking in a hearty bowl of this flavorful porridge, you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves and take on the day.

Ingredients: Cracked Emmer Farro, White Sonora Wheat Bran

Allergens: Contains Wheat. This product was manufactured on shared equipment with eggs and milk.

Do not consume raw.

Substitute up to 25% of the flour in your favorite bread, muffin, or pancake recipe for added fiber and nutrition
Sprinkle it on your homemade bread or dinner rolls just before baking (an egg wash will help it stick)
Toast and sprinkle it on cereal or yogurt
Use it as a filler in meatballs or meatloaf
Season it to coat baked fish or chicken
Anything else you can dream up!

This product has been packed in oxygen-free atmospheric packaging to extend the shelf life for up to one year after milling (but we doubt you’ll wait that long to make something delicious!)

“Best by” dates are printed on each product. To extend the life of your product and keep it at peak freshness, we recommend storing it in your fridge or freezer to preserve its natural oils.
