Two hundred years ago, Charles Hayden set Arizona's grain and milling legacy in motion, and that vision still shapes Hayden Flour Mills today. To mark his bicentennial, we've created a limited-edition sourdough blend that honors the heritage grains at the heart of our story.

The Founder's Blend brings together stone milled Vitrea Wheat with a touch of Blue Beard Durum, layered into a high-protein bread flour for rich, malty depth, warm nuttiness, and a beautiful golden crust. Built for artisan sourdough, it bakes up a tender, flavorful crumb and an unmistakable connection to the land and legacy of Arizona agriculture. Once this batch is gone, it's gone. A true tribute to the man who started it all.
