Our Fresh Rolled Oats are unlike anything you've had before. Rich and creamy with just the right amount of texture and grown only minutes from the mill.
We use a European-style process to gently roll the raw oats in small batches creating silky multi-textured flakes. Each pouch is then hand-packed, sealed, and stored in our refrigerator to guarantee that you experience the freshest flavor possible.
While our Fresh Rolled Oats are shelf stable, we recommend you store them in your fridge to preserve the natural oils and extend product life for up to 6 months. See "Uses" tab on this product page for cooking instructions.

1. Bring 2-1/2 cups water and pinch of salt to a boil.
2. Stir in 1 cup oats.
3. Cook about 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
4. Share and enjoy!

Good Amount of Hulls
I love oatmeal but I find this tastes more like wheat instead of oats. The texture is a cross between rolled and steel cut oats.

These oats are perfect to make, especially on these cold mornings. They're also perfect for overnight oats, granola, and oatmeal cookies! Since they naturally have fiber I'm full for a long time and don't feel lethargic due to a steady blood glucose.
