A taco is only as good as the tortilla that holds it together. And, as abuelas have known for centuries, the key to achieving a pliable, pillowy tortilla is that perfect tortilla puff.

We’ve partnered with our friends at Masienda (the heirloom corn experts) to produce a Tortilla Flour that “tortilla puff” dreams are made of. Our Tortilla Flour combines a 50/50 blend of Olotillo Blanco heirloom corn and White Sonora heritage wheat.

Your homemade tacos will never be the same again!

Ancient Grain | Freshly Milled | Non-GMO | Folic Acid Free

Ingredients: White Sonora Flour, Olotillo Blanco (White) Corn Masa, Trace of Lime.

Allergens: Contains Wheat. Manufactured on equipment shared with eggs and milk.

Do not consume raw.

This product is shelf stable for up to one year after it’s made and packaged (but we doubt you’ll wait that long to make something delicious with it!)

“Best by” dates are printed on each product. To extend the life of your product and keep it at peak freshness, we recommend storing it in your fridge or freezer to preserve its natural oils.

Fantastic

I am loving the high quality of all of the products! Fan favorite in our house currently - cracked oats! I particularly love the pasta(so fresh) and bread flour for my baking! The rye is also fantastic!!

Very Tasty

This made some very tasty tortillas. This was the firts time I ever made homemade tortillas and with this pre-mix everything was very easy to make, Great product

Super yummy….

Every time I open a Hayden bag the aroma is just the best. This mix was a satisfying make. I cooked half and the put the rest after pressing between parchment paper, sealed in a bag and placed in the freezer to enjoy that fresh made taste again….sooner rather than later. Thumbs up!
