Dried Pasta Flowers is a seasonal product offered during the Spring. 

Our artisan pasta features stoneground Blue Beard Durum Semolina, a wheat variety that thrives in our arid desert climate. After mixing our durum flours with cold water, we extrude the pasta through a chilled bronze die to preserve all the flavor and goodness of the grain and use a slow-drying method to enhance the texture.

From seed to plate, every step of our process is thoughtfully crafted to create a rich, mindful and delicious experience for you and your family.

Flowers, also known as Fiori in Italian, is a decorative pasta that will add a fancy touch to any dish. The sturdy shape holds up well under hearty meat or cream sauces, or robust tomato sauce.

Allergens: Contains wheat. This product was manufactured on equipment shared with eggs and milk.

This product has been packed in oxygen-free atmospheric packaging to extend its shelf life for up to one year after the date it’s made.

“Best by” dates are printed on each product. Once the package is opened, we recommend consuming your dried pasta within a few weeks for the best quality and flavor. You can also significantly extend the shelf life by storing your dried pasta in the fridge or freezer.
