Reviews for White Sonora Berries

Love Hayden Flour Mill!
I have ordered the Heritage Flours, Bread mixed and the Sonora white wheat berries! Everything has wonderful flavor and text. Best if all, an Arizona native living In Illinois can get a taste of home!

Glad Hayden Flour is back!
Great service. I used to buy my flour from the mill on Mill Ave. back in the 70's. I would love to see a cracked wheat flour in your inventory. It would also be great if you listed the protein % on all your wheat flours. I recently started baking sourdough again and was excited to see that Hayden was back in service. Proof Bread You tube videos is how I found you. Thanks again for your rapid response to my orders.

Artisan loaves
Best bread I’ve made so far (and I have followed Chad Robertson at “tartine” for many years). Thanks go to Jon from “Proof Bread” for my latest success.

Love this
This grinds into the most amazing freshly milled wheat flour. Pancakes, pizza, and tortillas are so improved by this flour. Can’t wait to try more!
