Also known as a Brotform or Banneton, these traditional German proofing baskets will support and structure to your bread dough during final fermentation.
Generously coat the basket with flour (shaking out excess), before placing your dough for a final proof to add a decorative coil pattern to your homemade loaves of bread. Cover with our tea towel while the dough rises.

Hand wash basket as needed without using any soap. Make sure it air dries thoroughly before storing to prevent mold.
