Dating back to the 18th century, our Raw Cracked (AKA Steel Cut) Oats are a rare hulless, or “naked,” variety that is historically tough to find and farm. Offering a sweet, buttery flavor with a chewy texture, our award-winning heritage oats are untreated to preserve the natural flavor, so it's like you're eating them straight from the field!
