Once you’ve set your taste buds on a bowl of our buttery Raw Cracked (AKA Steel Cut) Oats, you’ll feel like you’re sneaking oatmeal cookies for breakfast.

1/2 cup Raw Cracked Oats

2 cups water or milk

Directions

  1. Toast 1/2 cups Cracked Oats in a pot over low heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Add 2 cups of water (or milk or milk substitute) and bring to a boil, mixing constantly.

  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25-30 minuets or until softened.

  4. Serve with cream & maple syrup or any fresh fruit.

Serves 2.
