great cinnamon rolls
Used this flour and the recipe on the website for cinnamon rolls during Christmas. The dough raised and baked beautifully. I am not celiac but can no longer tolerate regular gluten bread or flour, and did not experience any bad symptoms with this flour. Have used this and the all purpose white sonora wheat flour and they both bake up beautifully.
Gift to friends
Recipients were happy with this gift and enjoyed an accompanying article in Arizona Highways about the Mill and its history.
Truthfully, this is the only 00 flour I have tried, but I have combined this with the semolina flour and made beautiful tortellini and farfalle that also taste delicious!
