Grown by the Yavapai Apache Nation in the lush cool temperatures of Arizona’s Verde Valley, our Gazelle Rye is stone milled at a high extraction rate so all the flavorful, nutritious components are preserved in this whole grain flour. It offers a tangy, grassy flavor with complex floral notes.

Feed your sourdough starter and watch it come to life. Or sprinkle it into your favorite pancake or pastry recipe to add a mysterious depth of flavor. Of course, it’s perfect for those European-style loaves with their distinct flavor.
