What You'll Need
1/2 cup (1 oz) freeze dried strawberries, ground into a powder (optional: reserve some for sprinkling on top!)
1 cup White Sonora Pancake Mix
1 cup + 2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon melted butter (or neutral oil) + extra butter for cooking
Yogurt Cream Sauce
1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Whisk pancake mix and strawberry powder together. Add water and melted butter (or oil). Stir until just combined.

Add 1 teaspoon of butter to a hot frying pan and pour 1/4 cup batter at a time. When the pancakes are full of bubbles on the top, flip them over and cook for one more minute or until golden.

Whisk together yogurt sauce ingredients.

Drizzle pancakes with yogurt cream sauce. Share and enjoy!
Makes 6-8 4-inch pancakes.
