What You'll Need
3 cups red seedless grapes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup Hayden Flour Mills Farmer’s Porridge
4 cups water

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and de-stem the grapes. Toss with the olive oil and spread out on a roasting pan. Roast for 20 minutes or until the grapes are slightly shriveled.

While the grapes are roasting prepare the Hayden Flour Mills Farmer’s Porridge. Pour the farmer’s porridge into a small pot. Toast the porridge over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then pour the water over the porridge. Lower the heat and allow to cook for 15 minutes, stirring intermittently.

Serve warm with a heaping spoonful of roasted grapes and a dollop of cream. Add brown sugar or honey to your desired sweetness.
