No-Stir Instant Pot Polenta

What You'll Need

Makes 4-6 servings

4 Cups Water or broth

1 Cup Polenta

1 Pinch Salt

2 Tablespoons Butter (optional)

Grated Parmesan cheese to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Add water, polenta, and salt to your Instant Pot.

  2. Program your Instant Pot to cook on high for 12 minutes.

  3. Release the pressure slowly and, if desired, stir in butter or Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
